Delivery information

All orders are sent by Royal Mail secure delivery making them guaranteed and fully insured. Please note that there may be additional shipping costs for shipments made to overseas countries. You may be charged a customs duty or extra taxes by your own country.

Delivery times for parcels

All orders made before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent that same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. 90% of UK recorded mail is delivered the following day. Special delivery is guaranteed next business day and normally arrive before 1pm. Special Delivery items can sometimes arrive on Saturday but this is not guaranteed.

Track and Trace

Orders are sent with track and trace numbers. To obtain your order's tracking number, please check the order history page. To trace your order all you need to do is enter your tracking details into the Royal Mail or UPSweb site, depending on which shipping method you opted for. All orders need to be signed for to ensure that the treatment is sent to the correct person. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the respective carrier will leave a note at the address stating further information on how and where to retrieve the parcel.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived and the time indicated above has elapsed please contact us so that we are aware of the delay.

1st Class recorded delivery items are not classed as late or lost by the Royal Mail until 15 working days have lapsed. In the event your order does not turn up within this maximum time frame please contact us about sending a replacement or obtaining refund.

Special delivery items are only classed as late or lost if they do not arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail endevour to deliver all orders within the alloted time frame, however on rare occasions deliveries are delayed or are lost.
