Registration FAQ's

 

To Order with Firstmed is quick and easy. It should not take more than 10 minutes and following a succesful registration your order will be sent directly to your selected delivery address.

How to register and make your first order?

To order you must first register and complete the condition questionnaire. Once you have submitted these you can order from the treatments available. Once you have selected your prefered treatment you can then proceed to the basket page where and confirm the delivery method and country of destination.

Once you have selected your order to proceed you must provide your delivery address and other personal details. this is where you set your account details with us such as your password to your account. A final page of general medical questions are also required.

Finally you will be at the payment page where you can confirm the order details and provide the neccessary payment details. Upon successful submission, the "thank you" page will display your order and deliveyr information.

All orders are subject to a medical review. the doctor may require more information in order to make a succesful diagnosis and confirm your order. If this is the case you will be notified and invited to login to provide further information.

What happens next?

You will receive an email confirming your account details. All subsequent emails will simply be notifications that you have a message. All messages will be displayed in the login area under 'Your Messages'. You can also check in the login area for the status of your account and also send us a message.
